The author through the study of literature and of music teachers in the primary,schools and middle schools visits to understand to the present situation of music teachers in primary and middle schools in our country there are many problems, for example: the primary and secondary school music teacher workload, work time is relatively long, continue to education effect is not good, and music classroom teaching behavior and the new class changed the requirements of access, the professional pressure and professional well-being sense of such problems. To research and analyze the above problems, this paper through the following three aspects of the music teachers in the primary schools and middle schools professional status: research background and research questions and methods; primary and secondary school music teachers’ occupational status survey results and data analysis; under the new curriculum of elementary and middle schools music teacher professional status.The author according to the above elementary and middle schools music teachers’ professional status of the existing problems, to elementary and middle schools music teacher professional status were investigation and analysis, focuses on the occupational status of the following five aspects: workload, occupational stress, classroom teaching behavior, continue to education and vocational happiness sense. In this study, the questionnaire survey method, interviews(including face face-to-face interviews, telephone interviews, the letter QQ interview), classroom observation and other research methods, professional status of the music teachers in the primary schools and middle schools were various and multi-level research.Through the analysis of the survey data to arrange interviews that affect occupational status of music teachers in primary and middle schools of some positive factors mainly include: music curriculum, more and more social attention, the music teachers in the teaching process to better experience the sense of achievement and music courses easier to student’s favor, also can better closer between teachers and students in distance. The impact of the adverse factors of occupational status of music teachers in primary and middle schools are: Music Teachers’ social status is not high, teaching workload is big, the work time longer and inadequate teaching facilities, lower income and so on.According to the survey results, this study puts forward a series of suggestions and Countermeasures to improve the professional status of music teachers in primary and secondary schools from the national presence, school level and music teachers’ own level. National level: the increase of primary and secondary school music teachers’ income, improve the elementary school music curriculum in the curriculum of the status of the primary and middle school and the status of music teachers, improve the teachers’ laws and regulations, safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of music teachers and safety education administrative departments to carry out the music teachers’ occupation education and professional education to improve the school level; this occupation: characteristics of school should be fully aware of the music teachers to implement more if humanity management of music teachers, improve music teacher occupation happiness, make some music teachers can reduce the burden of the measures, and strive to improve the music teaching equipment, the development of the evaluation of music teachers, promote the comprehensive development of music teachers the primary and secondary schools; music teachers’ level: primary and secondary school music teachers should strive to strengthen their professional quality comprehensively Improved, better to improve their teaching ability, carefully read the new music curriculum standard ", to the requirements of the new curriculum standard to regulate their teaching test, properly handle and teachers of all subjects and students’ interpersonal relationship;...
