Micro-lecture, as a new course form, which has swept across the education sector, provides a new perspective for the resource development of Computer Course in recent years. Computer Course Teaching Reform advocated to “computational thinking oriented” to cultivate the students’ ability of computational thinking. However, micro-lecture theoretical research lags behind practice in China, resulting that micro-lecture design fall into heavy form but light morass of knowledge at present. This study focuses on the micro-lecture production process based on the Separation of Concerns method from computational thinking and designing the knowledge teaching process with heuristic reasoning, recursive, and embedded thinking method, thereby promoting micro-lecture scientific and rationality of the process design and the knowledge teaching design. Specific studies and results are described below.By through literature research, combing the computational thinking and micro-lecture research status at home and abroad, This paper defines the important role of computational thinking based on Computer Course, then recognizing the meeting point between the micro-lecture and the Computer Course and both adaptability, so it is determined that apply computational thinking for micro-lecture design to enhance the design logic. What’s more, through the concept, types, characteristics of micro-lecture, and the difference between the regular course and micro-lecture, combining computational thinking concepts, characteristics and categories of thought, this paper clearly define that Separation of Concerns is a key to combine micro-lecture structure and computational thinking, thus designing the micro-lecture production process based on the Separation of Concerns, which including micro lesson plan, knowledge points teaching process design under the guidance of computational thinking, micro-lecture scripting, micro course-ware, training and micro-video design. Furthermore, according analyzing “C Programming” course structure and characteristics, choosing three appropriate “C Programming” knowledge, then this paper select suitable computational thinking, like heuristic reasoning, recursive, and embedded method, so as to design teaching process, thus designing three micro-lecture cases and analyze how well integrated computational thinking into micro-lecture case design. The analysis of result shows that not only dose people consciously apply computational for the learning and work, but also achieve higher goals of artificial intelligence with computer. Last, this paper summarizes how significant these types of micro-lecture promote the teaching and some design requirements of the “C Programming” micro-lecture based on computational thinking.The research still has some deficiencies. On one hand, the computational thinking is not only involved these categories of thought, and this paper doesn’t explain how to design teaching based on other methods of computational thinking. On the other hand, although micro-lecture production process divided into six processes from different attention based on the Separation of Concerns method, but we not explain the specific design method for each procedure. Last but not least, these cases are no application in practical teaching. Therefore, it can deeply conduct follow-up research based on these three aspects.
