With the popularization of information-based teaching and the need for students' personalized learning to continue to strengthen,teachers urgently need to change teaching concepts and teaching methods,and micro-lecture emerge with the development of new media technologies.Adopting micro-lecture to carry out junior middle school geography teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning,meet students' personalized learning needs,optimize geography teaching mode,improve classroom teaching efficiency,and promote teachers' professional development.The questionnaire survey method was used to analyze the current application of geography micro-lecture in Qingdao junior high school.By investigating teachers' understanding of micro-lecture,their understanding of the teaching design of micro-lecture,and problems and suggestions encountered in the design and development of micro-lecture,it can be seen that at present,teachers' understanding of micro-lecture is mostly in theory,and the design and development and practical application of micro-lectures are relatively weak.On the basis of following the principles of student subjectivity,miniaturization,completeness,interactivity and interestingness,and taking constructivist learning theory,mastery of learning theory and "tower of experience" theory as the theoretical basis,a junior high school geography micro-lecture design and development process including pre-analysis,micro-lecture design,and micro-lecture development is proposed.The pre-analysis refers to teaching materials.Analyzing academic situation and teaching objectives.Micro-lecture design includes the choice of teaching method strategies,teaching process design,preparation of teaching materials,and micro-lecture script design.Micro-lecture development mainly refers to video recording and video editing and production,and to "Qinling Mountains-Huai River line" and "the surging Yellow River" 2 micro-lecture as an example for specific micro-lecture case application design and development.The research can provide reference and reference for the junior middle school geography teachers' practical application of micro-lectures.
