For a long time, the study object of vocational education is mainly based on the processing and manufacturing, mechanical installation and maintenance, the study of engineering mode has been very mature. With development of modern service, business, culture, arts and many other industries, vocation education has been referred to various industries, the studying object greatly increased, not only limited to the engineering. With the constantly major structure adjustment of vocational education, the proportion of economic and trade majors will increase gradually and become the emphasis major of vocation education, training a large number of talents for the development of economic. With the development of industry, the demands for the talents will continue to grow and also make further requirements for the vocational competence. In addition, compared with other majors, economic and trade major has its own particularity, it will be influenced by the changes of economic、industrial restructuring and labor market demand. So the economic and trade major can’t directly follow the well-established engineering curriculum system, constructing a curriculum system which aim at the particularity and reflect the characteristics of economic and trade majors is the problem we have to face. This paper attempts to study and generalize the vocational competence characteristic of economic and trade majors’talents on the basis of comparing with the traditional engineering majors and analyzing the vocational activity and required vocational competence. Learn from the experience of other major’s curriculum research and design a set of widely adaptability curriculum system. This paper is divided into five chapters.Chapter one is an introduction. This part is mainly discusses the research background and significance, research objective, concept definition, research ideas, research methods and carding the existing related domestic and foreign researches.Chapter two is the theoretical basis of economic and trade majors curriculum design in vocation education. This part mainly discusses the domestic mainstream curriculum development theory and put forward the particularity of economic and trade majors.Chapter three is the analysis of vocational activity in economic and trade majors in secondary vocational education. By comparing the economic and trade majors and the traditional processing and manufacturing majors, we can analyze and generalize the characteristic of these two majors’vocational activity and vocational competence.Chapter four is the design of curriculum system in economic and trade majors in secondary vocational education. Based on the analyses of vocational competence, this papers arts from the confusion of curriculum goals, curriculum setting, curriculum content and organization, combines with the particularity of economic and trade majors and tries to come up with the technical specification for curriculum system design in economic and trade majors. That is also the final foothold of this study.Chapter five is the conclusion and outlooks of this study. The author mainly summarizes the main conclusion of this study and puts forward the follow-up research to improve the current shortcomings.
