Teaching is the core of vocational education,especially in the industry upgrading and economic restructuring,secondary vocational education has attracted widespread attention of the society,and the improvement of students’ quality has become the inevitable requirement of social development.Students are the main body of teaching.Paying attention to the research on the satisfaction evaluation of students’ groups can timely understand the specific views of students on teaching and related services,better find the advantages and disadvantages of the teaching services in the trade major of vocational colleges,help them to improve their strengths and make up for the shortcomings,and promote the steady improvement of the quality of professional education and teaching services.Based on this,this paper,based on the theory of satisfaction and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs,combs out the relevant literature at home and abroad,establishes an evaluation index system with six dimensions: curriculum setting,teacher factors,practical teaching,teaching guarantee,teaching management and overall satisfaction,and makes questionnaire according to the evaluation index system.Through random sampling method,the questionnaire survey of teaching satisfaction was conducted among some students of business majors in Dalian secondary vocational colleges.First,the basic evaluation of students’ teaching situation is analyzed by descriptive statistical method,then the factors influencing students’ satisfaction are analyzed by factor analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that:Firstly,students’ overall satisfaction with the teaching of business majors is general;Second,students think that among the five dimensions that affect the teaching satisfaction of trade majors,the most satisfied factors are teachers,the second is teaching guarantee,and the least satisfied with practical teaching;Thirdly,the influencing factors of teaching overall satisfaction are: teaching management and class according to the influence from big to small Process setting,teaching guarantee,teacher factors,practical teaching.In order to improve the satisfaction of students majoring in business and trade in Secondary Vocational Colleges in Dalian,the following suggestions are put forward according to the research results: first,help students to clarify their learning objectives and systematically carry out employment services.second,innovate the presentation of teaching materials and deepen the reform of public basic courses;third,optimize the teaching environment and give full play to the role of the school;fourth,develop specialized education and do a good job in teacher training;Fifth,establish a two-way communication mechanism between schools and enterprises and adjust the assessment methods of practical courses;...
