| To study ideological and political education is an important breakthrough to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education work. To study the innovation of medical students’ ideological and political education from the perspective of the genetic theory is not only an important way to improve the ideological and political education for medical students, but also an important means to cultivate high quality medical talents.According to the characteristics of medical students, the ideological and political education for medical students is innovative from the perspective of the genetic theory.First, grasp the basis to innovate the ideological and political education for medical students, i.e. the understanding root, practice root and value root of ideological and political education, and think deeply on the particularity of medical students’ ideological and political education.Secondly, with the premise of previous thoughts on the particularity of medical students’ ideological and political education from the perspective of the genetic theory, we design surveys to investigate the medical students’ characteristics of understanding, practicing ad valuing. Through statistically analyzing the survey results, we summed up medical students’ characteristics of understanding, practicing and valuing, and fundamentally find medical students’ problems in the three aspects.In the end, combine medical students’ problems in understanding, practicing and valuing with ideological and political education genetic theory, and innovate in the content, means and form of ideological and political education by targeting on the problems. |
