Taekwondo project has attracted more and more young people to participate, a lot of problems also follow. Such as taekwondo athletes training in juries phenomenon is also increasing, most of the reasons for athletes sports injury degree lighter or sports injury occurs before an important competition, the athletes keep the competitive state of a kind of special training. To study this phenomenon, this paper through the questionnaire survey on issues related to the training of Taekwondo athletes after injury were investigated that taekwondo athletes mainly at the site of injury and other relevant data. Through interviews with experts, outstanding athlete interviews and with the team was the conclusion, combined with the relevant literature summarizes, proposed the Taekwondo athletes after injury mainly damage parts of the training methods, were obtained as follows:1. Taekwondo athletes injury after a major site of injury in a concentrated in the knee joint, ankle joint, waist, elbow, the main content of the training for physical fitness training and training methods in static training based, dynamic training as a supplement.2. Taekwondo athletes knee injury in training methods include: dumbbell training, rubber belt training, supine unilateral leg, single leg air pedal car, single leg ladder jump, supine braces on our legs, supine flexion hip knee and supine flexion of the hip, thigh and etc. and training in static training method is conducive to enhancing the stability of the knee joint injury.3. Taekwondo athletes ankle injury in training methods include: dumbbell training, rubber belt training, unarmed toes, prone leg swing, single leg quadrant jump, jump on one leg ladder, prone elbows braces on our legs, supine flexion hip group and supine knees hip rotation and so on.4. Taekwondo athletes waist injury in training methods include: dumbbell training, supine weight lift legs, weight-bearing lunge squat, sit hanging leg and supine leg etc.5. Taekwondo athletes hip injury is generally cartilage injury and ligament injury. After injury recovery training method can take a dumbbell training, rubber belt training, supine leg supine hip abduction and supine hip extension, etc.6. Taekwondo athletes elbow injury training methods include:dumbbell training, rubber belt training, quick trip run, prone single elbow braces on our legs and prone single elbow one foot brace, at the same time with the leg strength training and the leg bending lift training machine equipment for training.
