Body Functional Training For Men’s Badminton Athlete’s Sports Injury Prevention Experiment Research

With the rapid development of badminton,fast,hard and accurate have become the trend of the development of badminton technology in the world.The competition shows the characteristics of fast speed,strong intensity and fierce confrontation.Therefore,athletes must have good physical quality,which is the basis and prerequisite for developing competitive ability,preventing sports injury and prolonging sports life.Sports injury is an important factor affecting athletes’ competitive career.The best way to prevent sports injury is to predict the potential danger of athletes,design and implement scientific training programs,help athletes improve their physical quality,and kill sports injury in the cradle.In this study,the athletes of Guangzhou Men’s badminton team were taken as the experimental objects,and the risk of injury was evaluated based on FMS test,and the targeted functional training program was developed to help the athletes establish high-quality movement mode,strengthen the strength of weak parts of the muscle group,and finally achieve the effect of preventing potential sports injury and extending sports life.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment and other research methods to design and implement the physical functional training program to reduce the risk of badminton injury.Taking 26 athletes from Guangzhou men’s badminton team as the experimental subjects,this paper divided them into experimental group and control group according to the principle of random allocation.The only difference between the two groups was that the experimental group added physical function training content in the physical training.The experimental period includes 4 weeks of pre-experiment and 16 weeks of formal experiment.By comparing and analyzing the data of the two groups before and after the experiment,the following conclusions can be drawn:1.Knee joint injury is the most frequent part of athletes’ injury in Guangzhou Men’s Badminton Team.The most common type of sports injury is muscle strain;Most athletes believe that sports injuries are more likely to occur in training than in competition.2.On the basis of strengthening the weak side chain of athletes and improving the strength of weak muscle groups,the physical functional training program also strengthens the neuromuscular control ability and reduces the occurrence of compensatory movements,so as to specifically prevent sports injuries.3.After 16 weeks of exercise intervention,the FMS test scores of both the experimental group and the control group were improved to some extent,but the experimental group had better effects,especially in the overhead squat,hurdle step,straight lunge,stable trunk push-ups and stable trunk rotation compared with the control group.4.After the experiment,the flexor peak torques in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the experimental flexor anterior muscle,while the flexor peak torques in the control group were not significantly different from those in the experimental flexor anterior muscle.It is proved that this set of functional training program can ensure the knee flexion and extension force ratio in a healthy range and effectively prevent sports injuries.
