Since October 7,1992 Chinese Taekwondo preparatory group was established, marking the official start of Taekwondo, taekwondo and gradually developed into the sports market and an indispensable project has a huge potential for development, not only enrich the competitive sports market, but also for the public health provides a new choice.This article is part of Jiangxi Province region Taekwondo Pavilion research, through interviews in the form of a questionnaire survey research, starting from the managers, coaches, consumers and customer service consultant four perspectives, research and analysis today in Jiangxi Province Taekwondo Development Status Road Museum and make corresponding proposals and strategies to provide effective theoretical basis for sustainable development in Jiangxi Province Taekwondo Hall, but also hope for the popularization and development of taekwondo in Jiangxi Province made some contribution.According to the results of a questionnaire study and interviews of the study exchange summed up the following conclusions:(1) Jiangxi 70.68% of Tae Kwon Do hall currently is profitable, business type to change the chain and cooperative management model based; Taekwondo Hall Road facilities and equipment, a better environment; management procedures have different characteristics, Hall Road and focus on promoting cultural characteristics; recruitment publicity to keep the distribution of leaflets, posters and online advertising-based.(2) Jiangxi Taekwondo Hall of managers and coaches in youth 80,90 main, business/management experience in teaching, academic monographs in sports, education, professional majority; Hall Road coach members of male coaches than female teachers; inauguration in the form of full-time coaches based.(3) Jiangxi Taekwondo Hall of consumer groups mainly in young children; after 2010, the increase female practitioners; consumers mainly physical fitness, develop hobbies for practicing; 3-4 times a week and training the majority of consumers.(4) Jiangxi Taekwondo Hall of coaches and customer service management security system, set up operating the toll system is imperfect, internal staff to learn after taking office, fewer training opportunities.
