Research On The Development Status And Countermeasures Of Xi'an Taekwondo Gymnasium From The Perspective Of Service Standardization

With the development of market economy and the continuous advancement of sports industry,taekwondo has become a mass sports service industry in China.As the economic and cultural center of northwest China with rapid development of taekwondo,xi'an is also the region with the most concentrated development of taekwondo.Its taekwondo service quality plays a leading role in the development of other regions,but with the development of sports market,there has been a bottleneck.This paper studies and analyzes the current situation of taekwondo in xi an city from the perspective of service standardization,and provides improvement measures and development countermeasures,so as to provide feasibility basis and guidance standards for the future development of taekwondo in xi'an city.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire investigation,expert interview and mathematical statistics,such as investigating xian 50 taekwondo hall,after survey the 20 come down hall 40 taekwondo managers,60 coaches and 300 students,300 students,parents and 15 taekwondo experts conducted about taekwondo hall training facilities,coach qualifications,training content,training,assessment and management of the administrator has carried on the detailed investigation,the following research results:(1)In terms of training facilities,the area of xi'an taekwondo gymnasium only accounts for 60%of the national standard;The protection measures of the protruding objects in the museum only reach 10%of the national standards;25%of the applicants of the certified protective gear or equipment of the hkta have been surveyed about the quality certificate of the certified protective gear or equipment of the hkta who are not in use.Only 15 percent of the total number of signs posted in public places meet national standards.(2)A survey was conducted on 60 coaches in 20 pavements in xi'an,35 of whom had the first and second grade certificates,accounting for 58.3%.There are 10 with three or four segments,accounting for 16.7%;Only 10(16.7%)had four or more advanced grades.There were 5 students without duan certificate,accounting for 8.3%of the total number.Those with taekwondo coaches'qualification certificates accounted for 63.3%of the total,and those with graded coaches accounted for 25%of the total.The total number of training centers for coaches is 45%.There are 40 coaches with teacher certification,accounting for 66.7%.(3)18 of the 20 surveyed taekwondo schools have taekwondo etiquette training,accounting for 90%of the total;Taekwondo etiquette is not practiced in 2 schools,accounting for 10%of the total;In the questionnaire about physical fitness training of 294 students who were effectively collected,280 students,accounting for 95.2%of the total,were found to have conducted physical fitness training,but there were still 14 taekwondo students,accounting for 4.8%of the total.There are 18 teachers in taekwondo,12 in taekwondo,6 in taekwondo and only 4 in taekwondo.As for the curriculum arrangement according to the physical education teachers'curriculum standards and taekwondo teaching plan standards,only 10%,that is,only two schools,and 55%don't implement in accordance with the standards,and 35%say that they occasionally carry out training according to the arrangement.(4)Most of the students who take the promotion examination are their own schools.2 students,accounting for 10%of the total,take the unified examination organized by the shaanxi federation.In a survey of 20 taekwondo schools,it was found that 40 percent set their own exam content.Fifteen percent of all taekwondo centres will make appropriate changes in accordance with the content of the Chinese taekwondo association's promotion examination,which will be handed over to taekwondo for implementation after the approval of taekwondo association.Fifty percent of the grade promotion officials meet the requirements of the Chinese taekwondo association,and 45 percent of the grade certificates meet the standards of the shaanxi taekwondo association.According to the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Xi'an taekwondo gym has a good implementation in terms of training area;Poor implementation of protection measures for protruding objects in the museum,the quality of protective equipment,training equipment,Posting of public signs and the qualification of protective equipment;Its training AIDS are not complete enough;There are serious problems in the quality of old equipment and protective tools.The satisfaction of parents on indoor safety measures is low,and the satisfaction of training equipment in the gym is not high.(2)Generally speaking,xi 'an taekwondo coaches are in good grade,but there are still some coaches without grade and lack of advanced grade.Most coaches have the certificate of the coach,the classification of coaches is poor,which needs to be further improved.The intensity of pre-job training for coaches is not enough;There are more coaches with teacher certificates.(3)Xi'an taekwondo gym has good etiquette and physical fitness training for students;General implementation of the professor program;Taekwondo and stunt teaching are few;The implementation of trainees' training courses according to the arrangement of teachers and teaching plans is weak.(4)Xi'an taekwondo gym students'promotion examination site implementation is poor,currently in the primary stage;For the implementation of the promotion content is poor,most of them are made by their own daoguan and joint development between daoguan;The implementation of the promotion of examiners is general.
