Study On Experiencing Teaching In Taekwondo Teaching

In this paper, using the teaching experiment method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, literature and other research methods, to experience type teaching method in the application of tae kwon do teaching as the research object, using the experience type teaching and traditional teaching to hunan normal university non-professional sports students elective course teaching situation comparing research, and conclude experience type teaching method in hunan normal university taekwondo elective course teaching effect in the teaching process, and to enrich and develop teaching theory has far-reaching influence.In this paper, through comparative analysis of the experimental classes and that in comparative classes the following conclusions:1) applied in hunan normal university taekwondo elective course experience type teaching is more advantageous than the traditional teaching students learning taekwondo basic technical movements.2) applied in hunan normal university taekwondo elective course experience type teaching is better than the traditional teaching is helpful to improve the students’sports participation, autonomous learning ability, innovation ability and social adaptation ability.3) taekwondo elective courses in hunan normal university experience type teaching method than the traditional teaching method is more focused on the subject status of students in the teaching process, emotional experience, aesthetic experience, cooperation ability, exploring ability, more conducive to the all-round development of students body and mind.4) in hunan normal university taekwondo elective course experience type teaching method compared to traditional teaching method can promote the communication between teachers and students, more conducive to the establishment of a good relationship between teachers and students.
