Feel Integrative Development Of Preschool Children Physique Weak Physical Quality Training Study Of The Effects

With the social emphasis of preschool education, more and more people began to recognize the importance for growth and development on physical quality of young children. The development of basic athletic ability is the key to enhance a solid foundation in the process of early childhood development. It is our responsibility and obligation to ensure that every child has equal opportunity to exercise in early childhood education. However, kids in kindergarten with weaker physique, whose basic sport ability developed slowly, had lower participation and accomplishment in normal physical activities. Sensory integration training is a method of improving body movement behavior by upgrading body’s processing capacity of external information, and the training effect of low age group is more visible. Based on my three years’work experience in kindergarten and one year’s experience in sensory integration training institutions, I applied sensory integration theory, which was summarized and innovated by literature research and action research, on physical in kindergarten. In this paper, literature research was used to refer literature about children constitution and sensory integration theory; Practice survey was used to record the basic situation of weak children in kindergarten; Interview method was used to find response plan and the degree of concentration about kids in kindergarten with weaker physique; Experimental Intervention was used to verify the effects of sensory integration theory in daily activities; Mathematical statistics was used to analyze the results and find out research results.Sensory integration training, which can improve the physical quality of preschool children with weaker body physical, made it easier for preschool children participate into the training activity and strengthen the physical fitness totally. Therefore, the combination of sensory integration training and daily physical activities in kindergarten is of great significance.
