Left behind children problem has been concerned a lot since it been proposed in 1994,related studies also emerged in endlessly with remarkable progress. However, most of these research emphasis on empirical research and content descriptive or explanatory, not practical research on left behind children specific service strategy. In addition, in the background of building a harmonious society, government highly concerned left behind children problem, and social work services become an important means to implement the service at the policy level, which results in the expansion of demand and practice social work research lacking contradictions. Therefore, take what social work services practice mode to enhance the service has a strong effect on the value of research, this paper aim to reflect on the grid accompanied by substantive involvement of left behind children group work mode effects and build parents on the basis of specific cases, rural children left behind peer groups, school teachers and community volunteers to accompany the four dimensions of the grid growth model.This study mainly uses case analysis methodand participant observation method. This paper consists of four parts: The first part is an introduction, mainly about the research background, significance and methods, and briefly reviews the relevant literature review of left behind children; the second part of the assessment of the current situation of life and education services subject; Part III describes previously unity to accompany the various models and the advantages of short-board grid accompany mode; the fourth part is based on the actual case, this study will explore the specific pattern presented, the pattern will explore multi-dimensional accompany the introduction of practical effect the object of the same group; and finally the conclusion, the author discussed the initial "grid accompany" the advantage of practice mode, practice mode that the comparison groups fit complex needs, with the promotion of development in social work and services feasibility and necessity.
