With the increasingly accelerated urbanization process,a large number of migrant workers flood into small towns to buy housing and continue to work in other places,thus giving rise to a growing group--urban left-behind children,which has become a huge group that cannot be underestimated.At present,many media report left-behind children's injuries,suicides and criminal accidents,so how to protect the physical and mental health development of left-behind children has become one of the hot issues of social concern.Although the left-behind children got the attention of the society from all walks of life,a number of unattended children exist depression,cold,morbid psychology and behavior to adapt to the bad problems such as worrisome.previous studies mainly focus on the negative psychological quality on left-behind children,problem oriented to professional work,but in the perspective of left-behind children's positive psychological quality,improve their life satisfaction,enhance their subjective well-being of intervention in theory and practice research is relatively small.This study takes the urban left-behind children in school C in ji 'an city,jiangxi province as the research object,and investigates the current situation of the subjective well-being of the urban left-behind children in school C through the scale.The results show that the happiness scores of the service subjects are generally low,which is reflected in the low life satisfaction and positive emotion scores.The subjects were dissatisfied with family,study and freedom and felt stressed,unhappy and easily angry.In view of this,this study comprehensively uses the theory of advantage perspective,cognitive behavior theory and developmental model to explore the possibility and effect of group social work in improving the happiness of urban left-behind children,and carries out a growth group activity themed "care for left-behind children and help them grow up happily".The goal of the group is to improve the subjective well-being of service objects,improve their self-knowledge,explore their own advantages,improve their ability to understand self-satisfaction and environmental satisfaction,and enable them to find happiness by themselves.According to the goal,a series of group activities are designed from self-acceptance to parent-child relationship and peer relationship,so as to experience parent-child emotion and friendship emotion,and then adjust parent-child behavior,friendship behavior and other activities,so as to enhance the positive emotional experience ofurban left-behind children and improve their life satisfaction.Through this practical study,it is confirmed that the group work has certain pattern and strategy in promoting the happiness of urban left-behind children.The results showed that the scale score of the service object's well-being was significantly improved.Specifically,the positive emotions of left-behind children are on the rise,while the negative emotions are significantly reduced.The scores of left-behind children on their satisfaction with friendship,school and social environment are significantly increased compared with those before the activity.Therefore,it is of positive significance to improve the well-being of left-behind children through group work.But at the same time,it also puts forward the shortcomings and corresponding Suggestions.
