Research On Semi-organized Survival Situation Of Scattered Labor In Zhengzhou

Scattered labor is an important part of migrant workers in China, while it has been on the edge position of social status, neglected and denied by the society for a long time. With the in-depth transformation of urbanization and urban social life, the living and employment situation of the scattered labor hsa become more and more worthy for us to study in depth.The study uses differential patterns,such as social networks and rational choice as the main research tools, starting with everyday life, social interaction, and employment of the scattered labor, to analysis and describe basic survival pattern of the group. Through research, we found that among the scattered labor population there is a basic survival pattern I called it“semi-organized”. The mode in nature is the product of gaming of scattered labor and urban society, and it is in a state of between formal organization and non-organization.On one hand the group can enhance the viability of urban society, avoid certain social risks, so that the group extend upward mobility space, on the other hand also makes the population in the interests of the appeal, easily lead to negative social conflict predicament.According to the study, I believe that semi-organizational survival pattern of scattered labor, is a result of gaming of scattered labor population and urban society.
