| Scattered orphans,as one of the difficult children,have a certain disadvantage compared with children from ordinary families in terms of family growth environment,which needs to arouse the focus of the government and society.Of course,to pay attention to the healthy growth of scattered orphans,not only needs to support the construction of family environment of scattered orphans,but also needs to pay attention to the development of personal ability of scattered orphans.Interpersonal skills,as an important ability for individuals in today’s society,have a significant impact on the survival and development of scattered orphans.However,in terms of the interpersonal skills of scattered orphans,the existing researches are mostly about the current situation description and theoretical countermeasures of children’s interpersonal skills,and lack of intervention studies.Based on this,this study comprehensively explored the intervention of interpersonal competence of scattered orphans by using case study and group work method,and evaluated the intervention effect of this method with the help of interpersonal quality subscale,so as to provide empirical support and practical experience for future intervention of interpersonal competence of scattered orphans.In terms of intervention methods,4 scattered orphans were given intervention services for 6 months,specifically from three aspects of interpersonal perception,interpersonal communication ability and interpersonal regulation ability,aiming at improving their interpersonal communication ability.In terms of effectiveness evaluation,the interpersonal quality subscale was used to measure and compare the interpersonal communication ability of scattered orphans,and the changes of the subjects’ interpersonal communication ability were analyzed according to the three dimensions of the scale.The results were as follows: first,there were significant differences in the results before and after the intervention,which means that the comprehensive use of individual case and group work method is effective in the intervention of the interpersonal skills of these scattered orphans;Secondly,specifically,after the intervention,the ability of interpersonal communication dimension,interpersonal regulation dimension and interpersonal perception dimension were improved to varying degrees on the whole,but the subjects’ ability of interpersonal perception dimension was improved slightly.In general,the intervention of individual case and group work on the interpersonal skills of children from lowincome families is effective. |
