Education takes the lead.Knowledge changes fate,education changes life course.It is well known that the education sector is now carrying out comprehensive quality education,and the foundation of quality education is rural school education,which holds the lifeline of quality education,directly related to the comprehensive development of education.Due to the large urban-rural gap and the shortage of teachers,the implementation of rural education teaching is difficult.To close the gap between urban and rural schools,to achieve education equity,so that every child has the right and opportunity to receive quality education.So rural schools complement of high-quality teachers is the key to improve the quality of rural education,therefore,increase investment in rural education and the ministry of education in 2006 by the ministry of education,ministry of finance,the ministry of human resources and social security,the central compilation committee office jointly launched "rural compulsory education stage school teacher AD hoc jobs plan"(hereinafter referred to as the "work plan"),should recruit past college graduates through the written test and interview way to determine the final retention of teachers,through the plan,pay close attention to the survival and development of rural children,realize the education fair,for the delivery of high quality remote rural primary and secondary schools teachers,It has made great contribution to the battle of rural base education.Since the implementation of the special post program,great achievements have been made,not only bringing fresh blood to rural schools,bringing advanced teaching concepts,but also providing a reliable platform for college students with severe employment situation and great employment pressure,fulfilling the teacher dream that most students have planted since childhood.Work plan in achievement at the same time also faces many problems,this paper will music teachers this branch as a breakthrough point,to describe music,teachers facing the survival and the present situation of the professional development was summarized and analyzed,trying to find a solution to the problem,for the rural music education teaching render a now.Taking of music teachers in changchun,jilin province as a case study,using the method of literature,questionnaire method,statistical method,interview method,the declarative research methods,such as selection of changchun city by Xia County area of rural primary and secondary school music teachers under study,to find music,teachers in living and working in facing difficulties and problems,and their professional development in the future,facing the doubt and anxiety.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,clarifying the reasons,purpose,significance,research methods and related literature review.The second part is a brief introduction of the special post teachers and implementation background and the impact of music special post teachers in changchun,jilin province on music education of rural primary and secondary schools.In the third part,first of all,this paper adopts questionnaire survey,statistics,interview and other methods to understand the survival status of music special post teachers as well as their teaching work and teaching environment,and analyzes the difficulties and challenges they face in survival.Secondly,the personal value of music special post teachers is summarized.Because of their arrival,music teaching philosophy of rural primary and secondary schools is updated,and unique innovative teaching methods are adopted to inject fresh blood into rural schools.In the fourth part,according to the current situation,the main factors that restrict the professional development of teachers in special posts of music are the support of traditional teaching concepts,the deficiency of teaching environment and teaching content,and the lack of recognition of teachers themselves and the competent department of education.In the fifth part,through investigation,analysis and statistics,combined with the problems in the research process,the author puts forward Suggestions to the society,school leaders,the supervisor education,and music special post teachers themselves,so as to facilitate the survival and development of music special post teachers and actively serve the rural education cause.Finally,the conclusion is drawn.The author hope that through the understanding of music special teachers,in-depth analysis of confusion and problems faced by their survival,tried to find the countermeasures to solve the problem,and the music teachers professional development,career,reasonable planning,the purpose is to cause the attention of relevant departments,to further strengthen and improve the work plan the good policy,increase investment,and strengthen the standard management by the competent department of education,optimize the allocation of resources,for the survival and development of music teachers especially remove obstacles,efforts to provide a safe,stable and harmonious natural environment,and give them more humanistic care,Only the relevant departments to do layout and music teachers own adjustment and effort to expand the music teachers team,to stimulate more college graduated young force rooted in the countryside,for the rural music education teaching development enthusiasm dedication,complaint or regret,to achieve the overall improving the quality of music teaching in rural areas,implementing quality education,realize the comprehensive development.
