Rugby in 2009 is listed as one of the 2016 Olympic Games official competition projects, our country also will in the movement for the national games in 2010 games, then China’s provinces and autonomous regions have set up the team, rugby game in all the provinces every year, for the emerging sport training excellent back-up players, make the sport at home have new progress and breakthrough.Along with the development of the movement trend and regularity in training to raise the level of understanding to student’s physical quality and various aspects ability are put forward higher standard, which is more and more attention to the requirement of mental abilities, especially in the high school to form a team, thus forming the integration of teaching, training, training mode is one of the road is the development of sports in China. And the motivation of students is the important part of participating in sports, motivation level is also the main factors influencing the training effect and performance.So, further understanding and research of high school students to participate in the rugby the emergence and development of sports situational.This study in high school students to participate in the rugby in liaoning province as the research object, research students sports situational motivation level and the correlation analysis of affecting factors of training.On the one hand, through sports situational motivation questionnaire survey, to understand different age, gender, different sports sports level of the students’motivation level;On the other hand is to understand the influence factors of motivation level will be on training, done in training efficiency;Paper USES the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, the questionnaire is Guay and others write the sport situational motivation. The results showed that:by single factor difference analysis, in different genders, male students internal motivation is slightly higher than that of female students, male students and female students in externalization exist significant differences in principle. In different training period, fixed number of year is shorter than the length of the longer students internal motivation to some strong; In identifying, in principle, the fixed number of year of the long life of students is significantly higher than the shorter of students, there were significant differences. Externalizing the principle, the high three students significantly strong, and there are significant differences in the lower grades. In different sports level, the higher grade students identify in principle is higher than other grades of students, and there was no significant difference; The externalized in principle with other grades of students there are significant difference. Through correlation analysis, students’ internal motivation and training quality, identification principle and interest in learning, the principle of externalization and study enthusiasm, lack of motivation and master correlated technologies.
