With the development of teachers' passive continuous review,the concept of teachers' professional self-development quietly arisen,teachers' independent development is not only the teachers' professional development way,but is the teachers' way of life.Teachers' professional development from passive to independent, is the embodiment of the conform to the trend of The Times, and the inevitable choice of the future development.To examine the status of teachers' professional development and education of our country,Teachers' professional development is in the transition from the passive to the transition phase, "indigenous development" of characteristics is already under way.But, it's not hard to find,current in both theoretical research and in the real practice, the development of the passive house still run deep.Teachers still be regarded as the object of development exists, subjectivity is suppressed.Teachers' professional development mainly in government instruction, the training of university drive, stylized impose under external forces.There is no doubt,the top-down, pay attention to the development of the external shape of pattern to the promotion of teachers' professional development can play a role in promoting.But if only rely on external impetus, ignore the teacher's own internal driving force, teachers' professional development is bound to be wasted effort, have been very shallow.So aiming at this situation, we should constantly seek the Inside path of teacher's professional development,To create the independent development of environment and atmosphere,arouse teachers' intrinsic motivation,to mobilize teachers' enthusiasm, initiative and creativity,fully tap the potential of different teachers,to promote teachers' professional development to democracy direction. Parsons point out that any action system must successfully connected with the external environment and internal organization of his success.Teachers' professional autonomy development as a complete and open system, is a subsystem of the social system and development with the development of the society as a whole system.So teachers' professional autonomy development is not completely enclosed development of independent of external environment.It constantly and external spread, exchange of information and energy, causing the system inside and outside has always maintained a harmonious and stable energy input-output relationship, to maintain the existence and development of the system itself.This article tries to use Parsons' AGIL model, to summarize the characteristics of teachers' professional development in the passive development period and cause, on the basis of seeking development from passive to independent development path selection.The paper is divided into the introduction and the body.The introduction mainly introduces the research background, the selected topic reason, the research significance, concept definition, literature review, research methods and the research and innovation points.The text is made up of four parts.The first part,in the current environment,scan the existing problems in the development of teachers' professional autonomy,including the external environment problems.It is because of the existence of these problems hindered the development of teachers' professional autonomy.The second part,Reference the American sociologist's theory,the AGIL model introduced in this paper, the model of the function of the proposed model and a brief introduction, points out that the suitability and feasibility of this theory model.The third part,according to the AGIL modelproblems of hinding the teachers' professional autonomy development are analyzed, the cause of it is pointed out that teachers' professional development adapt to function independently, a goal function, integration function and potential model to maintain function.The fourth part,based on the AGIL mode,respectively from goals to achieve, integration, and adapt the model to maintain four aspects aiming at how to promote teachers' professional autonomy development strategy put forward the solutions and feasibility, so as to improve teachers' professional development of the system.
