As a basis for school education and social education, pre-school children home education has a long-term and profound impact on the growth and development of young children. As one of the ways the Family Education, parental involvement has important influence on the physical and mental development of pre-school children, also has an indirect influence on the quality of education in kindergarten. Therefore, the current is extremely important for the study of pre-school children in rural areas of parental involvement. Through the 255 pre-school children’s parents in Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, in rural areas, questionnaires and statistical analysis and observation of three cases families in order to understand the status of the former rural school of parental involvement and explore the factors before rural school children parental involvement,so puts forward in pre-school children in rural areas to promote the policy of parental involvement.And then promotes interaction between parents and teachers,also promotes family-kindergarten to establish a good partnership.For teachers at the same time parental involvement can establish a support system to provide practical guidance for the construction of homes in rural cooperative community, certain ideas for the educational and administrative departments on promoting reform and development of education in rural households and operational strategy.The first chapter of this study focuses on the theoretical and practical significance of the parents involved in the study of relevant literature on parental involvement combing, summarizes the characteristics of the existing research and innovation of this study. As a basis of the theoretical study,Introduction Human Ecology theory, cultural capital theory and the theory of impact-oriented research and development overlap have an important influence on it. The second chapter presents the purpose and contents of this study, describing the development of research methods,and research object selection and research tools. The third chapter summarizes the participation of pre-school children’s parents in the rural areas, the problems of the pre-analysis of rural school children of parental involvement: teachers and parents are lack of awareness of the existence of errors pre-school education; low level of participation of the role of the father, ignore the children’s emotional involvement; single-purpose parental involvement, "learning" is greater than all; the particularity of family structure to adversely affect the growth of children; lower-quality parental involvement, improper participation; their homes passive cooperation of parents, teachers and between the "zero interactive". The fourth chapter is focuses on the influencing of rural school children before parental involvement. The study found that families and teachers are the most important factors in rural school children before parental involvement level and quality. For the family factors, child semester rural family economic status factors, and the supporting of the family members and the environmental cultural resources of the family members,especially supporting of the family members and the environmental cultural resources of the family members. For the teachers factors, rural preschool teachers to actuate behavioral factors and the interaction between teachers and parents factor parental involvement are the most important factors in the overall level of the impact of parental involvement.Teacher of family education guidance has an important impact on parental behavior interaction. Rural school teachers and parents are greatly affected on parents emotional involvement. The fifth chapter raised some advicefrom parents, teachers and the government’s point-school children in rural areas to promote the recommendations before the involvement of parents. First, make up the construction of family self-help system; second,establish science teacher actuation mechanism; third, improve the social support system for the involvement of parents.
