| In our country,early childhood education reform is more of a focus on children’s own development experience,attaches great importance to the individual differences,at the same time advocate to penetrate the education content into a day of life. Therefore,teachers’ observation of the children’s life activities is particularly important. However in the process of real practice,often the teachers’ observation of the children know is insufficient and ability is limited,and ignore the observation of the children’s life activities,these affect the teachers’ professional development. Visible, improving the ability of kindergarten teachers to observe children is the problem demanding prompt solution in the preschool education.Researchers using method of observation,interview and questionnaire survey,about a public kindergarten teachers in Harbin to observe the current situation of children’s life activities in the investigation,and analyses its influence factors,thus put forward the corresponding solution strategy,trying to do a little power to promote the development of young children.This paper mainly consists of the following four parts:The first part:The introduction is mainly composed of statement of problem, literature review,the research purpose and meaning,the research methods and definition.The second part:Combined with the case, showing the status of children living activity observed Teachers:teachers for perception of the observation,observe what,how to observe and the results of observation.The third part:aimed at the status quo analysis of factors affecting teacher observation,mainly including children’s family, kindergarten, and the influence of teachers themselves.The fourth part:From teacher’s own efforts,the kindergarten support,the school culture,the three sides,put forward strategy to solve in the children’s life activities of the teachers to observe. |
