It is an important professional quality for preschool teachers to observe and understand children.By observing children's performance in activities,we can understand the needs of children's development,so that teachers can timely provide corresponding guidance for children and adjust their own teaching organization strategy,which is of positive significance for the development of children and the improvement of teachers' professional ability.Based on the analysis of the observation and record of teachers' outdoor sports activities in A kindergarten,this study presents the current situation of the observation and record of teachers' outdoor sports activities in A kindergarten,sorts out the main influencing factors,and then puts forward Suggestions for optimization.To understand the current situation of kindergarten teachers outdoor sports area observation records,this research USES the literature law,case analysis and interview method,a county in Fuzhou city center area of the outdoor sports activities for preschool teachers observation record text as the research object,the case will be collected by the text structure according to the text content and text two core dimensions are analyzed.Data analysis shows that: in terms of text content,teachers have recorded the observation time and place;Focus on the observation record of individual children;The recording focuses on children's emotional experience;The recorded content lacks objectivity;The focus of the analysis is to judge children's behavior,the basis of the analysis is mainly based on their own experience;Support strategy is general,practicability is poor.In the form of text structure,the structural integrity of the text is strong,the basic can clearly express the content of each part of the text;The form of expression is pure text form;The space is mainly concentrated under 500 words.In addition,there are differences in the observation and record of teachers' outdoor sports activities in A park,as follows:teachers of different ages have differences in "detailed description" and "composition";The texts of teachers holding administrative posts are different in "detailed description","composition mode" and "analysis basis".Teachers of different teaching age and different age groups have differences in "observed object","composition" and "length".The text ofteachers with different educational levels has differences in "constitution way" and "subjective words".The texts of teachers with different professional titles are different in "subjective words" and "analysis basis".The text of teachers in different grades differs in "length".Based on the analysis of the current situation,the main factors affecting the observation and recording of teachers' outdoor sports activities in the region are summarized as follows: "teaching and research management of kindergarten","professional quality of preschool teachers","characteristics of outdoor sports activities in the region","teachers' own work".And from the "ascension teacher understanding of outdoor sports area observation records","strengthening the kindergarten teaching management of outdoor sports area observation records","to the teachers' burden,promote teachers focus into the children and activities to the attention of" three aspects of optimizing teachers outdoor sports area observation records are also proposed.
