The capital city volleyball league of continuous development, offer the platform of the exercise for college students volleyball fans, increase the number of college students to participate in the volleyball. Ordinary students enter the school team or volleyball association began to volleyball training, improve the level of volleyball techniques.2. The degree of the coaches and the title is relatively reasonable. Compulsory coaches lead added to college coaches itself with the problem of insufficient. Volleyball coach and teacher workload is bigger, good care to the team’s training and competition,is part of the school coaches lead training ability needs to be strengthened.3. Team training is continuous,the volleyball team in the history of the less, lack of competition between schools. Athletes will be treated as the relationship between training and study well. Athletes have a strong desire to continue to improve the level of its individual volleyball.4. College volleyball venue is uneven, almost half of the training indoors, part of the hardware facilities, lack of school is not complete.5. Each college enrolment funds allocated by the schools and schools in training and subsidies to support and school leadership emphasis, the small number allocated to the volleyball training.6. In Beijing area,the colleges and universities of volleyball to carry out 3 times a year, the venue is participating schools provided free of charge, and some general facilities conditions.
