According to humanism motivation theory, the lack of research motivation and self-efficacy both make it an empty slogan. In chapter six, on the basis of knowing the influencing factors, the text gives suggestions and solutions in the aspects of the society, schools and teachers. First, social support should be enhanced, including improving education legislation, creating communication platform etc. Second, play the leading role of schools, develop feasible training plans and build strong study atmosphere for teacher researchers by building people-oriented management mechanism and foster the sense of "prosper school basing on research". Finally, improve the enthusiasm of doing research and build the concept of lifelong learning. The text analyzes the cultivation of elementary research-oriented teachers by three different aspects, namely the society, schools and teachers. The study involves principles and teachers’understanding of elementary teacher researchers’definition. The text aims to eliminate the wrong ideas at the source and reduce the fear of doing research. Front-line teachers are expected to throw themselves into education research and truly achieve the transition to researchers under the new curriculum reform.
