The quality of teachers in academies is the fundamental factor to determine the quality of higher education,and the teachers' professional development is the key to improve the quality of teachers in academies.At present,the transformation of local academies proposes new requirements for the professional quality of full-time teachers.With the deepening of transformation and development,the problem that the professional quality of the original teachers is difficult to meet the requirements of the cultivation of application-oriented talents is emerging.Therefore,how to promote the professional development of teachers to meet the needs of the transformation and development is an urgent problem to tackle at the pilot academies.The transformation of applied talents training objectives and service of regional economic and social development of the local colleges based on the analysis of the new requirements of application in local universities to teachers' professional development put forward First of all,combining the conclusions of previous studies,this paper defines the connotation of University Teachers' professional development.Secondly,to fully grasp the overall situation of the development of teachers,including the current situation of teachers' age structure,educational structure,title structure;teacher professional development and individual status including quality of teachers' professional development status,consciousness and motivation of teachers' professional development,the status of the professional development needs of teachers,these teachers are how to influence the way these what are the professional development of the professional development of teachers' professional development at the same time,to sort out the current transformation of existing pilot University Teachers' professional development problems.Again,the basic description,in the natural state,should be based on the problem analysis,separately from the teachers' personal level and school level puts forward suggestions to promote the professional development of teachers,in order to provide reference for the professional development of local application oriented college teachers.
