With "The Belt and Road" strategy proposed, the economic value of the Silk Road is being continuously spread and accumulated, but its historical and cultural value relatively lacks of publicity. As science and technology change rapidly, the ways for the cultural heritage protection and education are more diverse. Especially, the visualization technology becomes a research hotspot in recent years. Compared to the study on cultural heritage protection, visualization technology in cultural heritage education resource construction lacks of concerns. Therefore, with its goal of promoting cultural heritage education and its core of developing the visualization system, this research that integrates ways of current cultural education and exhibition, based on an overview of the relative cases and systems of visualization technology in the cultural heritage protection field at home and abroad, Completes the work of resource construction themed with the Silk Road in Xinjiang.This research mainly adopts the methods and strategies of literature study, development study and so on. According to the results of studying the previous literatures, pictures and video materials, the analysis and general design scheme of resource construction about the Silk Road in Xinjiang have been finished. Based on the above scheme, then the system is finished developing and testing. Finally, the completed system is applied to educational practice for inspection.This research is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is an introduction, including research background, significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and technical route. The second chapter is the related concepts and theoretical basis, mainly interpreting the basis of the system’s development in terms of the Silk Road culture, heritage education, and digital narrative theory. The third chapter is the general analysis and design of the "Silk Road" in Xinjiang. The fourth chapter is the key technique and education practice of the cultural heritage education resource construction of "the Silk Road" in Xinjiang. The fifth chapter is the summary and prospect.In this research, scientific research and educational goals are combined closely to develop the cultural heritage education through technical innovation, enhance the Chinese national cultural identity, and promote the inheritance and protection of cultural heritage; Based on arranging materials and designing system schemes, the cultural education visualization system of the "Silk Road" in Xinjiang is creatively developed.
