Study On The Center Construction Of The Silk Road Economic Belt Incore Education Industry

With the development of the Silk Road Economic Belt,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China issued in March 2015 the "Vision and Actions on Jointly Building Silk Road Economic Belt and 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road".The paper puts forward to play the unique advantages of the core area of the Silk Road economic belt and make it into a regional cultural science and education center,thus,the construction of the educational industry center has become an important content of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt.In this context,it has great significance to develop the education industry in the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt and create regional education industry centervigorouslyfor the region's economic development and the entire Silk Road Economic Belt construction.The introduction of the first part of the article includes the research background and significance,domestic and foreign research status,basic ideas and research methods and related concepts defined.Through document literature,it is found that the industrial attributes of education have been accepted and recognized by a large number of scholars.The basic and compulsory education is biased towards public goods while higher education is the core of the development of educational industry.Therefore,the article focuses on the development of higher education industry in the core area of Silk Road Economic Belt.The second part of the article to discuss the definition of related concepts and basic theory.The third part of the article is the development status of the higher education industry in the core area.Mainly from the number and spatial layout of institutions of higher learning,the scale and structure of higher education,teacher power and funding,foreign cooperation and the level of internationalization and other aspects of the status quo analysis.The fourth part of the article constructs the evaluation index system of regional higher education industry competitiveness by using the factor analysis method to carry out the comparative analysis of the educational industry center of the node city.The paper analyzes the problems in the development of Urumqi higher education industry by means of factor analysis method,and compares the educational industry center of node cities in Wuhan,Chengdu,Zhengzhou,Xi'an,Lanzhou and Urumqi.The fifth part of the article analysis by comprehensive literature,the status quo and comparative.The restrictive factors in the Construction of Educational Industry in Core Area is that lack of core competitiveness of institutions of higher learning,the layout of institutions of higher learning and industrial park layout does not match the industrial structure and university disciplines out of line and a single school-enterprise cooperation,production and research to promote difficulties.At the end of the article,the author draws lessons from the experience of building educational industry center at home and abroad,and puts forward the idea that the core area construction education industry center should adopt the mode of government-led,market-oriented operation and enterprise participation.From the spatial layout and structural layout of two aspects to consider the development of strategic framework,establish of a reasonable layout of institutions of higher learning,speed up the high school technology as the main school industry development,increase capital investment for technological innovation and accelerate the internationalization of higher education industry.Ultimately,speed up the internationalization of higher education industry and promote the development of the core area of the Silk Road Economic Belt education industry center effectively.
