Cheerleading is a new sport, has a good development foreground and huge development space in China. Beijing is the political, cultural and economic center,cheerleading in this has a very good conditions for the development,cheerleading competition is to carry out an important platform for cheerleading, through the analysis of cheerleading national league tournament team of the Beijing railway station,coaches,student athletes, and explore the cheerleading exercises in primary and secondary schools in Beijing, the development condition that affect the cheerleading factors of sustainable development.To National Cheerleading gymnastics League(Beijing Station) team and Beijing cheerleading gymnastics development present situation as the research object, and draws the conclusion through the analysis of the Beijing Cheerleading gymnastics development present situation,the proven effects of Cheerleading of various factors,for cheerleading in primary and secondary schools in Beijing, sustainable development put forward feasible suggestions. Through consulting literature,network information,game related documents to understand the research status of the subject, and provide theoretical support for the study. The questionnaire survey method is an important research method of this study,the questionnaire survey to ensure its validity and reliability, through the issuance of the collection, recycling,statistical questionnaire to collect detailed and reliable data, provide data support.Expert interview mainly interviews in Beijing cheerleading management institutions and teaching and training of experts and scholars, to guide the direction of research,and offer ideas. Through mathematical analysis, it can directly show Beijing cheerleading development many problems,problems proven,and analyse the factors conclusion to put forward effective suggestions.1. Prominent cheerleading gymnastics project in the rich cultural life of the campus role,cheerleading exercises becomes a flash point of the campus cultural activities,in school trial in credit and the system of rewards and punishments and participate in cheerleading activities combined,stimulate the students’ enthusiasm.Opened cheerleading gymnastics school-based curriculum and after-school clubs, the cheerleading in the classroom,and on campus to carry out rich cheerleading exercises.2. It is suggested that education competition organization department perfect competition mechanism,school physical education department as soon as possible experts develop cheerleading talent recruitment, training mechanism, forming a dragon in the primary school junior high school,high school,university culture system,and solve the student academic problem to ease the contradiction between learning and training.3. The TV networks and print media cooperation,further improve and increase the Beijing cheerleading competitions, expand social influence, strengthen propaganda and the development of the districts and counties of Beijing,improve the overall quality and level of service of coaches and referees of the. At the same time to strengthen and National Cheerleading operation mechanism of exchanges and cooperation, efforts to promote the Beijing primary and secondary school cheerleading gymnastics movement and the process of the integration.4. School leaders and relevant departments should raise awareness,attach importance to cheerleading, support Cheerleading Sports team training, increase capital investment, speed up the construction of facilities. Established Cheerleading gymnastics club and broaden the source material,while trying to make Cheerleading Sports teamtraining commercialization,broaden channels ease training funds.
