Since 1960s, Continuing education, as a new type of education with the rise of life-long education, has profound influence to the further development of worldwide education. How to adapt to the new situation of socio-economic development brought about by technological revolution and how to accurately grasp the new trends of continuing education has become the focus of the world. It is imperative to develop Chinese-featured Continuing education regarding the status quo of Continuing education and China's national conditions. Based on this, discussing the Sustainable development mode of continuing education organization, combined Continuing education and Sustainable development, has practical and theoretical significance.This dissertation is divided into six major sections as follows:Section one of this dissertation opens with the Theoretical Basis of Sustainable development of continuing education in term of the connotation, substance and characteristics of continuing education, and analyzes the generation, development and positioning of Continuing Higher Education. Next this dissertation takes America and England for example, introduces the development mode of developed country's continuing education organization, then compares the development mode of China's continuing education with developed country, and finds out the status quo and existing problems of China's continuing education.Section two extracts firstly the elements that influencing the development to continuing education organization. The elements include brand, product-relation, human resources and product innovation. According to the development of continuing education at home and abroad, elucidates the connotation, essence and characteristics of Sustainable development mode of continuing education.Section three discusses the Operating mechanism's elements of Sustainable development mode of continuing education. Next this dissertation builds the evaluation index system of Sustainable development mode of continuing education, and then conducts an empirical analysis to eight continuing education organizations Finally, this dissertation brings forward some advice and measures according to the result.
