Education important matter, teacher for this. The teacher is the first resource of the education, and is the basic guarantee of the implements of the education. The enhancement of education quality relies in a great degree on the enhancement of teacher's quality. Improving the teacher troop's quality comprehensively, using the modern distance learning resources and the technical method fully, training the countryside elementary and middle schools' teachers vigorously, are the effective ways to solve the enhancement of countryside teacher quality. Meanwhile the teacher's educational technique ability as the key of the new idea , the new curriculum, the new technology and the teacher's ethics education trains in the new turn of teacher whole staff's trains also is an important link. On December 25, 2004, the national Ministry of Education has officially promulgated " Standard of Elementary and middle schools Teacher Educational technique Ability ". It set the new request to the countryside teacher's continuing educational work. Participation training is the countryside elementary and middle schools teacher's right and duty, organizing countryside teacher training is the responsibility of all levels of educational administration departments. Information which impetus Modernization of the teachers' trains will full display "the person net", "the day network", "the network" function in the teachers' trains. Persisted in the unifies of the trains and the research, Educational reformation, the unifies of the centralism research with the disperser research, the unifies of short-term imparts with the long-term track instruction.The development of education must be realized through the development of the school, the reform of the education must be realized through the reform of the school, the improvement of the education quality must be realized through the promotion of the educational ability.The author analyses and explores along the sustainable development mentality of the countryside teacher educational technique ability training, argues vigorously to propose a set of effective ways which will adapt to all levels of each kind of countryside teacher trains, manages the training which the teacher satisfies. The present paper altogether is composed by four parts.The first part is an introduction, concisely elaborated the paper research background, the significance of the research goal and the research technique.The second part is the outline of the main content based on the research.The third part is the analysis of the present situation of countryside teacher trains. On the base of the literature analysis and the study of investigation, it carries on the analysis to the countryside teacher present training condition, takes its essence, goes to its dregs.The fourth part is constructs the sustainable development frame of the training of the countryside teacher educational technique ability.
