Sleep is an important way for elite athletes to recover quickly and eliminate fatigue during training or competition,which can effectively promote the recovery of athletes' physical functions and good performance in competitive state.The purpose of studying the quantity and quality of athletes' sleep is to provide certain theoretical basis and quantitative guidance for coaches' guidance during training or competition and the development of tactics during competition.It can also better understand the relationship between athletes' overall sleep quality and competitive state,and make effective adjustments for each athlete to improve sleep quality according to the sleep test results.Research objective: The purpose of this study is to study and analyze the relationship between athletes' sleep quality and competitive state,so as to improve scientific sleep guidance for athletes to ensure their good competitive state during the competition.Study subjects: 5 starters of CUBA basketball team of shanxi university and 4 non-basketball players of school of physical education of shanxi university were studied.Research methods: this paper mainly tracks and monitors the sleep of basketball players and non-basketball players through the experimental method,which is divided into three stages of tracking records.The sleep sensor monitors the state of athletes during the training,and records the performance of competitive state during the competition with the team.By means of mathematical statistics,the relationship between the quantities is analyzed and compared.1.2.The relationship between different sleep quality and athletes' competitive state,that is,the influence of sleep on athletes' competitive state;3.Differences in sleep quality between basketball players and non-basketball players.Research results:1.There is a great difference between the sleep quality of basketball players during the training period and the competition period.The overall sleep quality during the competition is better than that during the training period.2.During the game,the sleep quality of basketball players has great individual differences,improving the overall sleep quality.3.The overall sleep quality of non-basketball athletes is better than that of basketball players.Major innovations:The use of sleep sensors to quantitatively and intuitively reflect the sleep quality of basketball players in different modes can effectively put forward opinions and Suggestions for improving the sleep of basketball players and provide theoretical basis for the coach's training plan and match tactical guidance.
