Rope skipping is a sport loved by the young people, in recent years in the country are carried out relatively well. Every year Beijing held various schools skipping competitions and activities, including new rope skipping competition more common. Rope skipping teacher’s number is increasing, rope skipping teachers’ overall quality is uneven, the teaching ability is more and more prominent. These problems will directly affect the rope skipping the sport health development and youth master of rope skipping. From a large number of literature point of view, research on skipping teaching ability of teachers is less. This paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey method, to participate in the Beijing of sunshine sports in 2015 and rope skipping game 60 small and medium-sized science 110 rope skipping teachers to conduct research, and interviews with experts in Beijing 8 rope skipping experts, to face to face in the form of interview, understand the status of Beijing primary and secondary school teachers’ teaching ability, existing problems and reasonable countermeasures. The results of the study shows that:1, Beijing rope skipping teachers in primary and secondary school in teaching design ability is insufficient mainly reflected in rope skipping teachers’ professional skills and theoretical knowledge is not enough and with the primary and secondary schools have cooperation between the education and training institutions lack of sense of responsibility.2, Beijing primary and secondary school skipping teachers in teaching the ability of the implementation of the problem, mainly reflected in the ability to explain the demonstration, teaching methods selection, teaching activities of the organization and management capabilities.3, Beijing rope skipping in primary and secondary school teachers in the teaching evaluation ability is insufficient, mainly reflected in evaluation of teaching effect of consciousness, of teaching reflection and summary of the two; on students’ learning ability evaluation of the effect of relatively strong.4, Beijing rope skipping in primary and secondary school teachers in teaching innovation ability is insufficient mainly reflected in teaching methods of conservative, the lack of innovative spirit; lack of comprehensive quality of the teachers, in the rope skipping arrangement innovation and combined with other sports innovation ability has been the lack of.5, Rope skipping teachers in primary and middle schools in Beijing city although the there are some shortcomings, but contrast 2014 the sunshine sports in Beijing small rope skipping competition and 2015 Beijing Sunshine Sports small rope skipping competition situation, the teaching staff teams progress huge, Beijing skipping movement career made great contribution.
