Coordination is an important component of primary school students' physical quality.The coordination has an important influence on the movement development of primary school students as well as their future life,work and sports ability.Primary school is a sensitive period for the formation of coordination,in which necessary training and promotion should be carried out for the coordination of primary school students.The content and way of training for coordination in school physical education is not clear.In most cases,children's coordination is developed in the practice of different sports.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the sports project which is beneficial to the coordinated development of primary school students and when to carry out this project.This study will conduct an experimental study on the effects of skipping on the coordination of primary school students at different levels,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the promotion of children's coordination development.Research Objectives: The purpose of this study is to verify the promotion effect of rope skipping on the coordination of primary school students at level one,two and three through experiments,and to determine the best stage to carry out rope skipping.It provides theoretical and practical reference for carrying out rope skipping in primary school physical education class and promoting the coordination development of primary school students through this sport.Research Methods: This paper carries out research through literature,experiment and mathematical statistics.Students in grade four and grade five who meet the experimental standards are selected as the experimental subjects.They were divided into experimental group and control group by random sampling.Collect,sort,evaluate and analyze the experimental data after the end of the experiment.The results : Before and after the experiment,students in the first experimental group significantly improved their balance ability,reaction ability,body flexibility,movement orientation ability and movement accuracy,and the improvement of rhythm sense was also obvious.At Level 2,the indicators of students in the experimental group significantly improved,including physical flexibility,rhythmic movement,accuracy,and motor orientation,balance and reaction ability.In the third level group,students in the experimental group significantly improved their balance ability,reaction ability,body rhythm sense,motor orientation ability and movement accuracy,and the improvement of physical flexibility index was also obvious.Through the analysis of the research results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The content and classification of rope skipping selected in this study are reasonable for primary school physical education class.(2)Rope skipping exercise can significantly improve the six indicators of coordination ability of primary school students,and the degree of improvement of different indicators is different to some extent,which proves the effectiveness of rope skipping exercise in promoting the development of coordination ability of primary school students.(3)Level 1 Students can use skipping content related to the three indexes of balance ability,motor orientation ability and sense of rhythm as the main training content,and the three indexes of accuracy of movement,flexibility of body and reaction ability as auxiliary training content.Level 2 students can use skipping content related to the three indexes of body flexibility,movement orientation ability and movement accuracy as the main practice content.And the sense of movement rhythm,balance ability,reaction ability indexes related rope skipping content as auxiliary training content.Level 3 students can use skipping content related to the three indexes of balance ability,motor orientation ability and body flexibility as the main training content,while skipping content related to the three indexes of reaction ability,rhythm sense and movement accuracy as the auxiliary training content.
