In Hubei Province,Zhejiang Province,the men’s beach volleyball team preparing for the Thirteenth National Games in 2017 on the occasion of men’s Beach Volleyball project,Hubei province has become the sports management center of Zhejiang province sports function training services focused on the team,but for the frequent injuries and sports tactics bottleneck,attracted the leaders and coaches attach great importance to improve the athletes the special movement quality at the same time,the sports injury is reduced,to enhance the efficiency of training;completion of the Thirteenth National Games Paul nine for eight goals;and to test whether the body movement function training means has practical application value in the men’s Beach Volleyball Athletes special physical training.In this paper,using the method of literature,questionnaire,measurement method,experimental method and so on,to the Hubei provincial team of 7 athletes,9 athletes in Zhejiang province a total of 16 men’s beach volleyball players as the experimental object,the body movement in China high level men’s beach volleyball athletes function training and their effects were studied.The following conclusions are drawn:1)movement training plan reasonably,can improve the special function of men’s beach volleyball athletes,the athletes injury prevention and treatment and recovery can promote the injury rate of experimental group,three joint shoulder,knee and ankle decreased obviously,enhance the flexibility of the shoulder;2)physical rehabilitation training after 10 weeks,the experimental group athletes functional movement screening(FMS)the average score of more than 16,the average is higher than the control group;the body core stability increased significantly,especially the stability of push ups,trunk twist stability two,the experimental group before and after the test scores have significant difference(P < 0.05);3)physical rehabilitation training after 10 weeks of sandy land in men’s beach volleyball players touch high,hard standing three jump,soft volleyball throw,sandy 30 M running special movement quality has improved,but the sand "8*8*8" M word run score no significant effect(P > 0.05);Advise:1)the activation of the related muscle groups in the special physical training of the men’s beach volleyball players is helpful to enhance the training effect.2)timely discovery of problems through periodic training and the formulation of corresponding physical exercise training programs to solve problems;3)complementary strengthening with some effective traditional physical training methods.
