| In the past more than 20 years, China's vocational higher education has made considerable development. As an important component of higher education, it trained a large number of highly skilled talents for economic and social development. However, there are many problems hinder the development of China's vocational higher education, and talents training quality is prominent. Therefore, the study on the quality management of talents training adapts the needs of current reform and development to China's vocational higher education.Chinese people accounted for 75.2% in Singapore's. There are many similarities in the cultural traditions and values between China and Singapor. So Singapore's educational experience has great applicability in China. From quality management angle, this thesis introduces and analyses the situation of the talents training of vocational higher education in Singapore with cases.
