With the continuous development of social economy and the occupation education itself,higher occupation education plays an increasingly important role in the field of education,and between the enterprise and the cooperation in higher vocational colleges there are characteristics in school running time in Higher Vocational colleges.There are many ways of cooperation,but either way,its ultimate aim is to fundamentally solve the contradiction between the enterprise and the school education,let the students out of school can adapt to the enterprise's work system and method for quickly.In the present situation,a new teaching mode comes into being".The emergence of "teaching factory" is to shorten the time required for students to change from students to professional people.This paper expounds the teaching mode of "teaching factory" is different from other teaching mode teaching advantages,the factory is also reduced the cost of school and enterprise,make students more fully trained,more timely get the teacher's guidance,more can adapt to the occupation identity of people,greatly shortened from graduation to meet the job the time.Different from other teaching models,the emergence of "teaching factory" teaching mode is a new mode of school enterprise cooperation.The author conduct a comprehensive investigation of the case school of Sichuan Engineering Technical College,found the school in the implementation process still exist many deficiencies,lack of business and the school of communication,leading to school is a problem in the preparation of teaching materials and teachers training school;their understanding of teaching factory deficiencies,leading to more in the implementation process the teaching of plants as a training base,the establishment of a teaching mode and not relied on it;lack of enthusiasm of students also need to solve the problem,the enthusiasm of students to participate in training in schools than in the active participation of high school leads to poor training effect.The author insists that the use of "teaching factory" must avoid the use of fragmentation and mechanization.We want to clear the "teaching factory" is the first element of teaching,followed by the factory."Teaching factory" must be combined with our whole program personnel training,is the real "teaching factory" of the soul,to the factory as the basis,let the students get more exercise,this is the ultimate purpose of teaching factory ".
