Blackboard-writing has been highly focused on and widely used by most teachers in current days as an important teaching method as well as a flexible expressing pattern; moreover, teachers could effectively conduct teaching with the help of designing the blackboard-writing well, so we should not neglect the position and function of blackboard-writing while modern teaching methods such as multi-media are widely used nowadays. However, more and more modern education technologies are quickly developing day after day and those technologies have been generally adopted in recent classes. Meanwhile, teachers appear to give low priority to blackboard-writing; as a result, the operation ability on blackboard-wiring has not been developed equally. The students’ studying efficiency is decreasing which is bringing apparent impact on the precious passion they should have.On the background of modern education technology quick development, teachers should keep in mind firmly that any application on multimedia courseware should be “auxiliary” instead of “necessary”, it can not replace the teachers’ teaching, nor can replace the function of blackboard-writing during a regular course. It is necessary to inherit and carry forward the blackboard-writing-style of the mathematical education and of the blackboard-writing designing, at the same time we should also deeply explore and discuss the strategy of blackboard-writing design under the background of modern education. We should not only overcome the weakness of traditional education mode by using multimedia assisted teaching, but also preserve and expand the advantage of traditional education mode in order to complement each others’ benefits and optimize the combination to serve the mathematical education and achieve the optimum efficiency.This paper starts with definitions on modern education technology, blackboard-writing and blackboard-writing designing in primary school on Mathematics. According to the study of Pedagogy, Psychology and Systems Science, the rationale is fully elaborated. Then this paper sorts out and reviews documents and academic monographs about blackboard-writing designing. In the part of class investigation, questionnaire and interview are selected in order to understand class satisfaction from multiple perspectives. This paper also includes numerous illustrations of varied designs and practical cases which provide valuable reference materials for designing blackboard-writing in teaching of mathematics in elementary school.Based on material collecting and data analysis, I find many problems and facts exist in senior class Math teaching on blackboard-writing designing. Strategies are made to meet the need of different course types, teaching contents, teaching demands, teachers as well as students. As the writer of this paper, I expect to make suggestion and help as much as I can by providing facts, then strategies on this topic.
