The Study On The Role Of Communist Youth League In The Entrepreneurial Practice At Colleges

Recent 10 years have witnessed the process of entrepreneurial economy shifting to management economy as the global economic environment features "the age of entrepreneurs". Many countries launch entrepreneurship education for economic development. College students desperately need to learn entrepreneurial curriculum. New tasks derived by the changes. Now in China, in order to meet the needs of Times Development and Higher Education Reform, it is necessary to carry out entrepreneurial practice at college. In recent years the administrative departments of education put college students’entrepreneurial practice in an important position. More and more students have the desire to establish a business. So, Communist Youth League of colleges which retains close links with young students should realize the importance of the fact and improve services. Besides, it should make use of its advantages such as organizational structure, resources, etc. to promote Mass entrepreneurship.Standing from the current situation of some vocational colleges in Wuhu, this paper probes into the efforts made by Communist Youth League in serving the young college students to start business. In spite of a progress made by Communist Youth League of some vocational colleges in this regard, service of innovative undertaking by college students still leaves much space to be strengthened due to problems like unbalanced resources, unclear responsibilities and unsound work system. At present, Communist Youth League should take measures to get financial support, set up Maker Labs and provide the whole process service for college students. In the long term, Communist Youth League is supposed to put importance on entrepreneurship and update service concepts. By constructing the service system and building a platform, students’ value can be realized. The innovations of this paper lie in that it discusses how to serve students’entrepreneurial practice from the perspective of the Communist Youth League. What’s more, the author puts forward some suggestions based on personal working experience.
