The Lemmunist Youth Legue's Role In Enhandng Student's Ability

With China's college enrollment, higher education has been changed from the "elite education" gradually to the "popular education", In reports of the 18th party, the policy of starting a business by workers themselves, encouraging and promoting employment by government will be followed out. Putting encouraging labors and promoting "entrepreneurship drives employment" as a basic working principle of responsing to the difficult problem of employment; Local government and universities also have formulated corresponding policies and measures to encourage the students to start their own businesses. Communist Youth League in Colleges should fully tap their own characteristics and advantages, innovative ideas, create a favorable business atmosphere, integrate resources and build a platform in order to more effectively promote the development of entrepreneurship education for university students and enhance the entrepreneurial ability of university at the same time.This article, putting entrepreneurial team of making participate in organization of the Communist Youth League of the entrepreneurship competition based on the guidance of Communist Youth League as the research object, taking the form of random interviews and questionnaire survey, combining with interviews and questionnaire analysis results, exploring the league's role in improving college students' creative ability, puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in enhancing college students' creative ability according to the analysis results of the Communist Youth League. This paper follows the logical thinking and technical routes of the arise of the question, the construction frame, the empirical analysis and the solution of the problem to analyze and research in four chapters.In this paper, from the college students'creative ability, the entrepreneurial ability is divided into five dimensions through the interview and literature study, combining the influence factors of the Communist Youth League and students' entrepreneurial ability, through statistical analysis, the students work experience, ctivities organized by the Communist Youth League, entrepreneurship training and competition play a positive role on college students' entrepreneurial ability. Through the data we can also see that the Communist Youth League related projects have different degree effects on the ability. Through the investigation, there exists some problems in the improvement of entrepreneurial capacity for the Communist Youth League, thus, they analyze the causes of these problems. At the end of this paper, combining with the analysis of the survey results and data for the improvement of entrepreneurial capacity, also gives some suggestions, mainly including:the Communist Youth League should strengthen the building of entrepreneurial atmosphere, pay attention to the leading role of cultural atmosphere and excellent business model, actively improve the training system of University Students' entrepreneurial ability, increase students' entrepreneurial ability training efforts to improve the training mechanism of College Students' entrepreneurial ability, build an effective business platform, give full play to the role of entrepreneurial practice base, play a guiding role of entrepreneurship competition,work hard to strengthen the integration of social resources, strengthen social enterprises, expand business channels of information and help students to enhance the ability of entrepreneurship.
