The presence of students with learning difficulties, means that many students can’t get effective development, and even the healthy development of students will be affected. The educational problem of poor students is not only related to the basic education reform, achieve social fairness and the degree of modernization, but also with students, families and teachers are closely related to happiness. Junior high school is an important stage for students’ learning habits, learning attitude, learning methods gradually, students with learning difficulties at this stage appears obvious features. This study adopts qualitative research method, with three students as a case, using the observation method, interview method and case study method was studied for nearly two years of their lives.Resulting in students with learning difficulties in acad emic predicament situation are mainly three influencing factors: the influence of the social environment so that they lack the motivation to learn; family reasons affecting their growth; students’ non-intelligence factors of their academic difficulties. Th e family reasons include lack of normal family care and family education method is not appropriate, the students’ Non intelligence factors of academic predicament is mainly manifested in four aspects: learning motivation is weak, learning objectives are not clear; learning attitude is not correct; concentration; learning strategies properly.A variety of comprehensive educational countermeasures should be needed to solve the academic predicament of students with learning difficulties. First of all, to stimulate students learning motivation, in the establishment of a clear learning objectives at the same time prompting them to correct learning attitude; in addition to stimulate students learning interest in learning to enhance their self-confidence. Secondly, good learning methods and learning habits is a prerequisite for success, teachers should help poor students to improve their preparation methods, the lecture method, operation method, so that they form a good habit of preparing, school habits, work habits. Third, teachers should change the concept of education, to learn the students to implement the education of love. Finally, teachers should encourage parents to actively participate in the education of students with learning difficulties, change the educa tional concept of parents, parents want to create a good family learning environment, and take a variety of ways to communicate with children.
