This article discusses the cause of formation and countermeasures of the junior middle school students with maths learning difficulties in the countryside in the notth of Jiangsu Province. It altogether consists five parts First: summarize the development and cunent situation of the research on students with learning difficulties as well as the textual tenet. Second makes a definition for students with maths learning difficulties . Third makes an investigation on inside and exterior factors of producing students with maths learning difficulties ; on the basis of the survey materials , analyses and discusses the cause of formation of producing students with maths learning difficulties in the countiyside in the north of Jiangsu Province. Fourth : thinks deeply of preventing students from becoming the ones with maths learning difficulties and the transform of it ,as well as puts forward some countermeasures. At last , has a teaching try for improving teaching quality of maths over large areas in junior middle schools.
