Research On Quaility Of Teaching In TV And Broadcasting University In City-level

In 1999, the Ministry of Education launched "Radio and Television University Training Mode and Open Education Pilot Project". Tongling TV University is the first batch of the pilot units. After ten years of exploration and practice, it has trained a large number of applied skilled personnel. Slow growth of faculty, the integration of hardware facilities and learning resources have not kept pace with student growth pace. What should they do to ensure the teaching quality of Tongling TV University? Tongling TV University has become an important issue for further development.The author investigates Tongling TV University and reads distance education research, particularly books and papers of education quality. Many factors affect the teaching quality analyzed. This paper consists of six chapters. The first chapter points out the research background and significance, research status, research content and methods; Chapter 2 reviews the theory of modern distance education, distance education quality standards and quality assurance of distance education theory; Chapter 3 analyzes the investigation of teaching quality in Tongling TV University, and the quality of the status quo and problems; Chapter 4 first carding status quo in distance teaching quality factors, and points out the key factors which affect teaching quality in Tongling TV University. In Chapter 5, it focuses on the factors which impact on the teaching quality, such as factors of students, factors of learning support services, current situation, problems of teachers and teaching quality monitoring factors. It also puts forward a sound proposal.Improving the teaching quality is a difficult process. The system strengths and teaching resources from superiors TV should be made full use of. We attach great importance on operational guidance from superiors TV universities. The promotion of teaching service, management philosophy, deepening reform and active exploration must be emphasized so as to ensure the teaching quality of distance education in Tongling TV University.
