Beijing softball team is a team, in the accomplishments from1976to2003,has repeatedly received national softball game title20times, which is fivetimes champion of the national games. Team most of the players and coaches havefeatured in several different periods of international, national team is givenpriority to with beijing-based athletes more. However, along with our countryunceasingly to the comprehensive construction well-off society, the traditionalcompetitive sport backup talent cultivation mode has more and more not adaptto the needs of social development, the Beijing softball sports reserve personneltraining work is faced with serious challenges, directly led to the2004Beijingsoftball level gradually moves towards the bottom. Strengthen to the new socialdevelopment situation of Beijing softball sports reserve personnel trainingresearch, find and solve the softball sports reserve personnel training problemsexisting in the process, not only can work for the Beijing softball sports reservepersonnel training to provide theoretical reference, and can provide the Beijingsoftball sports reserve personnel training with practical guidance, boththeoretical and practical significance.Taking Beijing (11-15) softball sports reserve talented person as theresearch object, mainly USES the literature method, interview method,questionnaire method and logical method were studied. The results showed that.1. Beijing (11-15) softball sports reserve personnel training unit consistsof two types of sports schools and ordinary middle school, sports school use"three concentrations" management style, more ordinary middle school use"episode" more management approach; Sports school coaches all possessprofessional sports experience, age is generally higher than high school coachesbut education level is lower than the high school coaches, sports school coachestitle is given priority to with senior and intermediate, mainly to middle andprimary school coaches job title; Softball sports reserve talented personlocated in haidian district, fengtai district, xicheng district, the shijingshandistrict and chaoyang district five city, total about300people,96.0%for11-15years old, high school athletes is better than sports school athletes trainingattitude;60.0%of sports schools and54.5%of secondary school adopt the’experience is given priority to, combined with the index "in a way that selection;Sports school athletes training number of times a week, each lesson trainingtime and times were higher than high school athletes compete throughout the year;High school athletes a day of class, extracurricular learning time than sportsschool athletes, in high school athletes parents than sports school athletespay more attention to the athletes’ academic achievement; Future way out of theordinary high school athletes from sports school athletes are more optimistic.2. Beijing (11-15) softball sports reserve personnel training process,training way under the form of sports system is unitary; Sports school high schoolcoach their own quality is not perfect, there is a record of formal schoolingand sports experience is not perfect; Athletes learn the contradictions between the outstanding, young academic often under the influence of training; Beijingsoftball reserve talented person’s high school venues and sports equipment, cannot meet the requirement of the training; Students’ parents worry about futuredevelopment of the athletes; Athletes selecting lack of scientific system ofmechanism; Is currently the main problems of the Beijing softball sports reservepersonnel training.3.
