The solid ball,one of the throwing events,puts forward higher requirements for the explosive force and coordinated force of the examinee’s upper,lower limbs and trunk.At the same time,it is also one of the special examination items for the unified examination of college entrance examination students majoring in physical education and physical education(hereinafter referred to as "physical examinees")in some provincial and municipal colleges and universities.On the one hand,the research on improving the performance of front throwing solid ball mainly focuses on improving the strength and explosive force of upper limbs,and most of them ignore the important role of trunk explosive force in solid ball.On the other hand,many students’ waist and abdomen strength is not weak,but it is difficult to make full use of the explosive power of the trunk in the forward solid ball throw.In order to find a better way to practice the waist and abdomen strength of solid ball,how to give full play to the waist and abdomen strength in the final stage of throwing solid ball and coordinate with the force of upper and lower limbs,this paper will study combined with elastic medicine ball.The data of the second and third grade students were collected by the questionnaire method and the questionnaire method,and the data of the second and third grade students were collected by the following methods:(1)Taking advantage of the characteristics of large volume,elastic foot and high safety of elastic medicine ball,the elastic medicine ball combination exercise designed and arranged for the implementation according to the action structure and force characteristics of front throwing solid ball can significantly promote the technical action to be more reasonable and effective,improve the ability of coordinating force of trunk,upper and lower limbs,and significantly improve the release speed and throwing performance.(2)The practice method of throwing medicine ball with both hands behind the bow step designed in the elastic medicine ball combination practice can effectively improve the students’ back bow angle,improve the back bow posture,improve the strength of the back bow,and avoid the problems of insufficient back bow angle and rigid movement.(3)The practice method of throwing and receiving elastic medicine ball in front of the wall on the kneeling wave speed ball designed in the combination practice of elastic medicine ball can effectively improve the stability of the core and the balance of the trunk of students in the throwing process,and prevent students from shaking their body in the throwing process,which will affect the throwing action and performance.(4)The practice of throwing and receiving medicine balls against the wall by controlling the release height and angle designed in the elastic medicine ball combination practice can effectively improve the release angle and release height of students,and solve the problems of late release and technical errors of most students.
