Good ability of movement is one of the essential qualities of excellent volleyball players. Ability of movement affects the performance of volleyball players about passing, spiking and blocking directly. Postactivation potentiation is a phenomenon that players’performance increase in the largest power load. Objective:To explore the effect of enhancing the activation of the lower limbs of volleyball players in order to improve the ability of the lower limbs of the load intensity and intermittent time. The significance of this paper is to provide reference for training and competition, to improve the speed of lower limb movement, to enter the training and competition, to obtain a higher training efficiency and improve the performance of the match.Participants will be divided into the experimental group and control group on average. Each group has 10 participants. Participants in experimental group will have half meter run tests in the intermittent 3 minutes,6 minutes,9 minutes,12 minutes,15 minutes and 20 minutes in weight-bearing squat action with 80%lrm,85%lrm,90%lrm, and 95%lrm weight. Participants in control group will make regular pull and flexibility exercises instead of making any weight training. Then they will take tests in the same point with the experimental group. We draw the following conclusions:1. By analyzing the different performance of two groups, we find that four kinds of loads can improve the performance of athletes.2. The Significant difference of increasing amplitude about four kinds of load appear in the different timepoint. The biggest Significant difference of increasing amplitude appear in six minutes, nine minutes and twelve minutes with 80%lrm and 85%lrm loaded. The biggest Significant difference of increasing amplitude appear in six minutes, nine minutes, twelve minutes and fifteen minutes with 90%lrm loaded. The biggest Significant difference of increasing amplitude appear in twelve minutes and fifteen minutes with 95%lrm loaded.3. Results showed "inverted U" trend in four kinds of load. The peak value of 80%1RM,85%1RM and 90%1RM under three kinds of load is 12 minutes. And the peak of the amplitude of the increase of 95%1RM load appeared at 15 minutes time point.
