Modern speed strength training has become a necessary means of training and lots of competitive sports content, received extensive attention of coaches, people also slowly realize that a key role in the field of speed strength in competitive sports. Using the literature material method, experimental method, questionnaire survey and other research methods for the speed of the upper limb strength training for special student tennis tennis forehand speed has carried on the experimental study and theoretical analysis, secondary graduate student in Beijing sport university tennis 16 boys as the subjects, and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. In the process of experiments for 8 weeks, the control group is one of the traditional strength training, strength training and groups is speed. After the experiment of the experimental group and control group respectively reflecting the tennis technology and strength index test,Results:The experimental group than before the experiment after experiment upper limbs strength index significantly improve speed, after the experiment of the experimental group than the control group strength index significantly improve the speed of upper limbs.Data statistics and analysis of experimental results, and the following main conclusions:1. After speed strength training experiment, the experimental group of tennis special student tennis forehand shot speed significantly increased, and the control group after experimental results there are significant differences. Control group also to have certain to improve, but do not exist significant difference with the experimental group, this shows that in terms of improve special student tennis forehand velocity of the speed of the upper limb strength training effect is significantly superior to the traditional strength training.2. After the experiment, the experimental group reflect the speed of the upper limbs strength of the two indicators have significantly improved, and the control of the two indicators no significant increase, it shows that compared with the traditional strength training, speed strength training for the speed of the upper limb muscle strength enhancement is more significant role. And upper limb speed strength enhancement can increase velocity for tennis special students provide a more powerful support.3. Studies have shown that, this paper designs a series of upper limb speed strength training method to improve tennis forehand velocity special students, but because the research conditions and my level is limited, the following deficiencies:1) the experimental sample size is relatively small, so to a certain extent affect the results of persuasion; 2) arm speed strength training methods and content due to restrictions in terms of the equipment of the main means and content is relatively routine, there is no better will be the speed of the upper limb strength training and tennis special combination.
