Education is the product of the development of the times, with the progress of the time,the education and teaching mode is in constant of reform and innovation, which urges education constantly showing new characteristics. However, in view of the teaching mode, any one mode may not be perfect, they have their own advantages and disadvantages. Any teaching mode is not changeless which in criticism and in the process of continuous improvement. In the teaching process, we should inject new content according to different environment and different groups so as to better serve teachers and students. 135 interactive classroom teaching model is a new teaching mode. This paper applies this modal to the experimental study of English grammar teaching in grade one of high school which aims to stimulate students’ interest in grammar learning. This mode can also improve the quality of the classroom and help students master knowledge.135 classroom interaction mode is a new teaching mode on the basis of Social Interaction Theory, Scaffolding Teaching Theory and so on. This mode insisted that teacher as the guide and take the students as the main body, paying more attention to students’ individual development,and conform to the trend of the time’s development.This study put 135 interactive classroom teaching mode to grammar teaching in grade one of high school, through comparative experiments with another class, using literature analysis method, comparative method, test method and questionnaire method,discussing the feasibility of this mode and trying to find a practical and effective high school English grammar teaching mode.Through the study we found that 135 interactive classroom teaching model can be applied to grammar teaching in grade one of high school. This mode significantly improve the students’ classroom activity, especially for those who have the poor performance in class. The class pass rate increased significantly after two months and the average score and excellent rate will increase slightly after a certain period of time.However, there are still some shortcomings in the teaching process. For example, in classroom teaching process, each link is not coordinated so we can not have a smoothtransition. We always delay time in some small part of teaching link, resulting in delay of the whole classroom so that the classroom teaching objectives is not completed. Due to the problem of time, the teacher is very hard to take into account of all groups in class. This kind of teaching mode has some flaws, but also can not cover up its positive effect. With the development of time and teaching practice, 135 interactive classroom teaching mode will be gradually mature in the future, providing a new type of teaching mode for the grammar teaching in high school.
