Shanghai as the birthplace of community education in the modern sense,the construction and development of community education in this city has been developing rapidly in the past 30 years.As the highest population density city of our country, Shanghai is also faced with the challenge of the aging of the population structure, the development of community education is an important countermeasure to alleviate the aging, from the perspective of urban young female elderly community learning achievement trying to carry on the careful induction, can microscopically reflect the important role of community learning for young female elderly students individual development and later life, from the perspective of the community learning, services recipient can more truly reflect the individual value and social contribution of the community learning.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, sets out the reason of this study and related to the age, academic background, clear the main contents of this thesis, and carry out the purpose and value of this study.The second chapter is review of research and study design, the first was defining the core concepts of this paper "young female elderly" "community learning" "community learning achievement", making them consistent with the research theme, around the theme of "community learning" " elderly learning" " women learning " " learning achievement " and other topics doing domestic and international literature review. This paper used the literature research and qualitative research methods, specific research process is divided into original data collection, the interview text analysis and written stage. The third chapter pick three students from A community school choir class, traditional Chinese painting class, photography class for case analysis. The fourth chapter pick three students’ from B community school English conversation class, computer classes, yoga class for case analysis, from community learning story sketch, community learning achievement experiences, community learning achievement analysis of these three aspects. The fifth chapter is conclusion, enlightenment and reflection. Young female community learning outcomes dimension table of contents for the elderly Based on the previous analysis conclusion, I drawn a table contains three dimensions and 40 projects of urban young female elderly community learning achievement, then analysis the factors affecting the elderly students community learning achievement, analysis from the two aspects of inside the education system and outside the education system, and proposes a new suggestion on diffusing community learning achievement according to the factors, Finally, I conduct a systematic reflection on the entire research process and the conclusions of the paper.
