A Case Study On How Social Work Helps The Elderly Community Participate In Leadership Development

With the continuous improvement of my country's community governance system,community governance has undergone a series of evolutionary processes.In the report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it made a profound connotation on strengthening and innovating social governance,and proposed to “create a social governance pattern of co-building,co-governance and sharing”,“the focus of social governance is at the grassroots level,and the difficulties are in urban and rural communities”,“ Strengthening the construction of the community governance system” and other contents are the expansion of the past social governance awareness and the sublimation of ideas.Our country is already an aging society and the degree of aging is deepening.In the face of the facts of aging,the concept of active aging has begun to attract everyone's attention and recognition.Its connotation includes three dimensions:health,participation,and security.Participation is the core of active aging,that is,the elderly must be regarded as an important force for social development.In addition,the current living place of the elderly is mainly communities.Community participation is the main way for the elderly to participate,and it is also an important way to achieve active aging.The elderly have a large number of people and have a lot of free time.They can play an important role in participating in community services.At the same time,most of the urban retired elderly have rich life experience and work experience.Generally,they can take their existing crystal intelligence to participate in community activities.Self-value,develop one's own potential,give full play to personal role,or have a sense of participation but belong to passive participation and do not know how to participate in the community,etc.But it is undeniable that they are all resources that cannot be ignored in community participation,and mobilizing the enthusiasm and initiative of the elderly to participate in community services has an important role in mobilizing the elderly's self-efficacy,and it will also help good,The building of a united and cohesive community atmosphere,enhancing the sense of participation of the elderly in the community,and greatly promoting the construction and development of the community.At present,there are many ways,ways and contents for the elderly to participate in community service.This paper focuses on the mobilization of the community participation enthusiasm of the elderly,using the case work method to intervene in the elderly self-confidence enhancement,using their existing interest advantages,to realize the transformation of the service object from the leader to the leader,to enhance their community participation enthusiasm research,to provide services for the elderly with the need to participate,to enhance their self-confidence and participation ability.Through casework intervention in Chongqing H community elderly people participate in community service research,the author uses literature research,structural interview and participatory observation to carry out related elderly in H community human community participation in the collection of materials.Based on data collation,problem analysis and needs assessment,further research on the status and problems of community participation and community participation advantages of older persons in H communities.In community practice,older persons with a willingness to participate but lack confidence or concern are identified,guided by a strengths perspective and empowerment theory,providing them with case-based services,enhancing participation confidence and capacity,realizing and leading the way in which they community participation,helping them to integrate into the community's existing group of older leaders and better participate in the community.Research finds,transport Carrying out the community participation service H the elderly in the community by case work is effective,but there are still some shortcomings in case selection,professional accomplishment and the author's thinking about the operation mode of project system and social workers.In short,this paper is a study of the elderly from passive participation in community service to the realization of active participation,which can provide some reference and thinking for the relevant elderly to participate in community service.
