Study On The Social Inclusion Problem Of Elderly Female Immigrants From The Perspective Of Community

With the acceleration of urbanization and the deepening of aging,the proportion of elderly people in China's mobile population is increasing.We call this group elderly immigrants,out of responsibility consciousness in traditional family values,they left their familiar hometown to take care of grandchildren in the city,the change of the field makes their original social network to a halt,and they also face with the differ among language and culture,living habits and way of interpersonal communication and so on.Social integration is a key of the floating population into the city.Because of the age and the identity of the flow they become a double disadvantaged groups,so on the urban social integration problem becomes more difficult.The research object of this paper is elderly female immigrants,because in the real life,the elderly immigrants is mostly female and is a single drift out of the overall interests of the family.In this paper,from the Angle of the community to explore the urban social integration of elderly female immigrants.Elderly female immigrants' life revolve mainly around the community,the community as the basic unit of social structure,is a microcosm of urban society,can well reflect the elderly female immigrants into urban social status.This article selects more representative S Y city community as a place of study,on the basis of literature research,by the method of observation and semi-structured interviews,centered on the institutional environment,social culture and social relations and individual psychological aspects to explore into the status of the social inclusion.How to reimburse medical insurance in different places is the primary concern of the elderly immigrants,in addition,the elderly are also excluded from urban public services and community welfare services;The social cultural integration is manifested by the communication barriers brought by language differences,and the differences in life habits and the arrangement of leisure time are relatively monotonous.Elderly female immigrants' daily life in the city mainly revolves around family and community two places,so the author blend in social relations into divided into family relationships and community into two large aspects.Although there are conflicts in family life,the elderly immigrants can maintain high unity in general.Community involvement is mainly reflected in three aspects:community participation intention,community participation and community contacts.The study found that the community participation of the elderly immigrants was not high,and the relationship with the community residents was not deep;The psychological integration of elderly immigrants is mainly embodied in four aspects:satisfaction degree of urban community,role transformation,identity and sense of belonging and the intention of urban residence.Through the research we find that their psychological level is generally low,they always put the urban community as a children's home,this is partly related to their group characteristics.Female elderly immigrants while living in the same community environment,the degree of social integration is not the same,integrated into the causes of this phenomenon is mainly includes the lack of institutional social resources,community,environmental and organizational factors,influence of intergenerational relationship and the individual difference of internal factors.The lack of institutional social resources is not conducive to the deeper and long-term social integration of the elderly immigrants.The environmental and organizational factors of the community can create conditions for the elderly immigrants to better integrate into the community.The intergenerational relations directly affect the integration process of the elderly immigrants.In the aspect of individual factors,the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly immigrants,the time,distance and initiative degree of drift,the original social memory of the individual have important influence on the social integration of the elderly immigrants.The exploration of the factors influencing the integration of elderly immigrants into urban society,helps us to put forward concrete proposals to help the elderly integrate into urban society.The author tries to make reasonable Suggestions from the four aspects of institutional policy,community,family and social work to help the elderly to integrate into the urban community more quickly and smoothly.Finally,the author hopes to improve the attention of the society to the elderly immigrants,and help them to spend the happy old age in the city.
